To make that possible, we are constantly changing and learning about the newest food trends and cutting edge techniques and ingredients. Our Executive Chef Kelly writes new menus every year to keep up on recent trends and create versatility in the kitchen. We will provide you with all of our menus from butlered hors d’oeuvres to entrees and allow you to highlight absolutely any and everything that you like. Based on those preferences, Chef Kelly will compose a cohesive menu proposal. We include private menu tastings for you to taste your menu and make any changes you see fit.
Our Philosophy on Food
Hors d'oeuvres should be small enough to be eaten in one bite, tapas should require a fork only, hot food should be served hot and cold food served cold and last but not least – food should be presented beautifully and taste even better.
